Although we cannot wait to Party with you all in person again, you can still enjoy the "Party" experience virtually and safely with the help of our Sabika Consultants.

YES. Though we are currently not supporting physically held Sabika Parties, you can still purchase Sabika online, through a virtual "Party," or via direct communication with your Consultant!
YES. Sabika continues to ship your sparkle to you, though you may experience some delays as we follow strict social distancing and safety guidelines, which has temporarily slowed down our process.
YES. You can still return your Sabika purchases for merchandise credit on a future order. We have also extended our return policy to 60 days on all orders starting on March 1, 2020.
YES. Sabika is proud to offer a 2-year warranty (with FREE repair guarantee) on all purchases of current Collections.
Repairs, Returns, & Shipping
If you wish to return or repair a piece of Sabika, you have come to the right place. Simply fill out our Repair/Return form by clicking on the link below and we will be in contact with you within two business days.
We are confident you will love your Sabika Jewelry; however, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase for merchandise credit to be used on a future order!
- Returns are valid within 45 days of the purchase date.
- Once a return request has been submitted, a FREE USPS return label will be emailed. Items to be returned must be sent to the Sabika Home Office within 7 days of the receipt of the return label. Once the original item is received by Sabika, a Merchandise Credit for the amount paid will be issued and sent to you via email.
- The credit awarded for the return will be the amount paid at the time of purchase (not including shipping). This credit can be applied to any future order and does not expire.
- We ask that Customers return their items to the Home Office either in a box or bubble mailer.

A full refund of a purchase can only be requested within three (3) days of the order date. For full details please refer to your original invoice/receipt.
Sabika offers a two (2) year warranty, with FREE repair guarantee, (warranty not valid for items purchased via our SALE selection) on purchases made via a Sabika Party, a Sabika Consultant or the Sabika Website. If for any reason your Sabika needs a repair, please submit the Repair/Return form, and we will contact you within two business days to discuss the details of your request.
Sabika items outside of our two (2) year warranty may qualify for a restoration, depending on the extent of damage. Restoration fees may apply.
Returns are valid within 45 days. Repairs are FREE within 90 days of purchase.

You may CANCEL this transaction, without any Penalty or Obligation, within THREE BUSINESS DAYS from the above date. If you cancel any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within TEN BUSINESS DAYS following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled. If you cancel you must make available to the seller at your residence. in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this contract or sale, or you may, if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the seller's expense and risk. If you do make the goods available to the seller and the seller does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your Notice of Cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the seller. or if you agree to return the goods to the seller and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract. To cancel this transaction, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this Notice of Cancellation or any other written notice, to the Sabika Consultant whose name and address appears on the front side of this form NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT of the third business day after the order date.
